This high production cut-to-length line has a 1.156" diameter Precision B&K® Corrective Leveler that provides refrigerator wrapper blanks. Critical finish materials as thin as .010" and as thick as .062" can be effectively processed on this line.

150 HP AC VECTOR DRIVE SYSTEM

B&K® 84" 1.5 Precision Leveler incorporated a 150 HP AC VECTOR DRIVE SYSTEM to process materials 72" wide x .078" thick at 350 FPM. Precision Shape Correction is a feature incorporated on all B&K® levelers.

The B&K® 10 gauge Corrective Leveler shown above can handle materials from .021" to .140" thickness. A 300 HP AC VECTOR DRIVE SYSTEM was provided which allowed this Precision Corrective Leveler to produce 72" wide sheets at 350 FPM. This B&K® Precision Leveler had 9 back-up flights with 7 of the back-up flight adjustable for maximum shape correction effect.
